Come to think of it, looking at the shot again, you're probably over x300, so yeah, transparency & seeing comes into it a lot.
Well, the diameter of the moon is about 32 arcminutes on average, I can easily fit it into my sct at x50, assuming x50 is about 40 arcseconds, then maybe you're at over x400!!!
