Gosh! they were mega fast on the You Tube video. I had to ask for the Full Screen to see the 2 of them. Brilliant when spotted.
I wonder what constellation is that in the background?

From my perspective, they were seen towards the east/north-east between Gemini and Auriga, as seen from his location. Preliminary analysis indicates that they occurred over the Irish Sea between Dublin and the Isle of Man.
On Graham's second video, it looks like it is in Ursa Major - is that correct Graham?
Unfortunately, I only caught them on one video.

Yea, they are very brief.
And to think that they were only first photographed in 1989.
Just shows how elusive they really are.
