Everyone please be patient when starting a new topic, it takes a copuple of seconds because the script is emailing out the details of the new topic to all the members subscribed to recieve new topic notifications, this takes about 10-20 seconds so give it that much time before hammering on the submit button again and creating a duplicate post!
Thanks,
Bart B.,
IFAS Webmaster.

Sometimes impatience isn't the problem. I know I'm guilty of double posting at times, but on acassions I have hit the submit button, which apparantly should submit the post then take you to your posting, but I have on occassion been looking at what I have written, with no way of telling me if it is posted or not, but it says "done" so I have been under the impression that I didn't hit the submit button properly and did again, this has then taken me to the posting only to find it has double posted. Not sure if this is a quirk of my PC or the forum.

Hmmm ... that sounds like a dodgey dial up connection TBH.
