Would one of their Free to Air decoders work here?

Cool but I don't have BBC 4

I am not sure if you mean digital terrestrial (freeview I think they call it.) or satellite. I just know that you can pick it up on digital satllite. You need a dish and a digital receiver (does not even have to be sky). I have this set up myself and you get bbc1-4, itv3, men and motors, reality tv,and a host of news, music and other channels. Not bad considering there is no subscription fee. Just point the dish at Astra sat and away you go.
Cheers

Trevor - interesting post there... BBC, ITV and MEN AND MOTORS, plus some others.... Hmmmm. I believe M&M has been toned down somewhat recently. Is that true?
It has been toned down alright. Itv bought it and it is a precurser to ITV4. It is free to air so if you were looking for the racy stuff you will have to get sky digital
MAybe you could put in satellite in your new observatory, give you something to observe when its cloudy
I dont know anything about digital terrestrial. SorryI meant Digital Terrestrial as I have a bloody great tree in the way for Astra Winter a just about visible signal and summer useless!
Cheers
