Solar Halo was created by martinastro
While observing AR808 this afternoon at 14.55LT i spotted a nice white 22 degree solar halo. Its complete northern section was very bright while the remainder was too faint to see. The sky is very murky today so keep an eye out for further atmospheric displays. On the 2nd image with the scope the halo was washed out by high level cloud however i thought i would include it anyway.
