There is somewhat of a controversy surrounding the SMART-1 project and the lack of photos being released. Furthermore, I recall reading somewhere that the "brains" behind SMART (ie. ESA) had the "right" to wait up to six months before releasing any photographic material.
Do you have any insider information to share in this regard? I, for one, am all ears (no Vulcan jokes)!
