Just went outside now and there is some auroral activity here in Maynooth. We have some white bands over head and a glow in the north west horison (might be one in the north east too but the glow of dublin is in that direction for me!). The only slightly annoying thing is that as well as araura there is also some light cloud so at times it is hard to tell what is aurora and what isn't.

I've just been outside, nothing obvious here either, but if there was one near the northern horizon, I would not see it. lights etc....
