Got it today. It's called "Universe" and is a Dorling Kindersley book.
It's wonderfully illustrated with literally hundreds of colour photos and illustrations. Includes the recent photos from Titan, so is very up-to-date. Very impressive. 500 pages, big hardback book. Looks great on the coffee table!

Hi Anthony - how much did you pay for it in euro?
The DK books always seem to have that something extra as regards presentation. I was tempted to get their world atlas a while back - it looke fabulous and the content seemed good at a glance.
How do you find Universe in terms of content accuracy? I see that it pretty well up to date!
Cheers
Dave

Dave,
I paid 20 euro through one of those book people who call into our office with special offers, but I think RRP is about 60 euro (it's marked £30 STG on the dust jacket).
The editor is Martin Rees, and the Night Sky editor is Ian Ridpath, so I'd say its pretty accurate . . .
