If you just want the Ephemerides for the latest comets check here instead
cfa-www.harvard.edu/iau/Ephemerides/Comets/index.html

That give you the Ephemerides and links to the latest list of bright comets for most astronomy software packages. Some software packages grab this automatically anyway.
