Very impressive on full screen mode. Looks like he used a very wide field 'all sky' fish eye lens.

Was out last night for literally 2 minutes and caught a fireball in my peripheral vision, I'd guess it was about as bright as the full moon for a second or so. Definitely worth keeping an eye out!

Apparently, the Taurids do not have many fireballs associated with them. Terry Mosely mentioned something about Dr David Asher of Armgah Observatory predicted several years ago that we would see very bright Taurid fireballs in late October & the first half of November in 2005, and it seems to be happening.

Yea Davids predictions are certainly correct. There has been alot of fireball reports during the peek period including several i seen last night. I have a feeling there will be more action from Taurus for at least a week or more to come...anybody doing any fireball photography during this period?
