Ideas For a Display was created by ctr
My local library have asked me to do a display board in three weeks for a promotion of the web-sites based there.
I am wondering what put up and where to get it on a near zero budget.
Has anyone done anything similar and what did you use?
Is there a A4 IFAS poster anywhere as I'd like to promote here also.

Sounds like a great opportunity Conor!
Get all the newspaper clippings that featured your club in some way, copy them, and stick them to sheets of coloured posterpaper.
Any photos you got, put them up with captions/headings.
A couple of posters from e.g. Deirdre Kelleghan (she gets loads of them!) of space missions e.g. SOHO, LISA etc etc.
Pictures of your clubs members with whatever scopes and binos they got.
A couple of night-time observing and stellar exposure shots too.
A poster with a list of outrageous facts or Did You Knows... makes for interesting reading!
Just some ideas!
Seanie.
