Google earth light pollution overlays was created by markdj
I have just made up some light pollution overlays for Google Earth. One of europe, north america and then one of the Earth at night respectively.

Only use these one at time. don't display them together as it will use alot of system resources.

What application does one use to open a .kmz file mark?
