I propose that the first thing the group is begin work on the "generous" expenses package :roll:

A suggestion (or two).

One of the things I would like to see around here is List of Things. There is loads of information buried in the B. Board but its all broken up. It would be great if this could be organized into lists. Who has what, how big is yours, how to do that, etc.

Can you Google the site contents - not on the internet but internally.

Add a listserver function - I will manage it if it's a bother - but just add it as a function of irishastronomy.org

You need to do a WIKI (AstroWIKI) it can be managed internally by the membership it gets everyone involved - or at least whoever can and wants to.

We present ourselves to the world with this technology. That is what you guys are responsible for.
