Welcome along Jim! I have relatives near you (well, 'near' as in the otherside of the Great Lakes across the border!), and they too have said how not many clear nights they have seen.

We, in Ireland, on the other hand, seem to have uncharacteristically too many of them since early spring! But you won't hear anyone here (except cloud watchers) complaining!
