We have our 200th user!!!! was created by voyager
Well, looks like the Venus Transit has given Irish Astronomy a good boost today as membership on this site sored to OVER 200 (202).

Just for the record our 200th member was donaltraynor and we had 5 new signups today as opposed to our aveage of one or two a week!

The site got a mention on RTE Radio 1's Future Tense programme. The producers of the show interviewed a few of us down at Sandymount and then went across to the Phoenix Park. Wonder did they have to 'donate' 2 Euro?

And now 300. The most users ever online counter hit 16 last night for a while too.

I guess being the first hit in google for "lidl computer telescope" helps :-)

Everyone in Ireland buys Meade, and they all buy them from Lidl.
