Long time no post was created by Macros42
Hi there everyone. I'm still alive after all :)

Been so busy the last few months that the scope has just been gathering dust and I've not been posting much on any forum really. But work has settled down again and with the long nights coming it's time to get that big expensive tube out of hibernation.

I'm going to be moving house towards the end of the year to a nice secluded, light-free rural area near Kildare Town so I'm looking forward to that. There will be some invites for viewing sessions there as soon as we're settled :)

Happy observing.

Steve

Good to hear from you again!
Hope your move works out well. It'll be great having another astronomer in the area! Hope you won't mind us all hanging around your back garden for observing sessions! :)

Nice one Steve... if you need help organising that star party in your backyard.... Mike lives not too far away from you! :P

Hi Steve,

Kildare Town is approx half way between Mike and myself in newbridge.
It will be great to have you nearby for the odd observing session which as we all know can be too often called at short notice because of uncertainty of clear skies (Seanie can vouch).

See you soon
