Do we have many bloggers in the audience?

Is it possible to get someone else on the webteam to have access to the graphics. It is a bad situation when we are waiting a few months for a small graphic. I thought the idea was to have a team so that this would not happen.
Access is not the problem.
Getting the actual graphics to exist is!
Dave P did a great job at putting together the look and feel of the site using only proprietary software so now I can't work on it on my own anymore.
If somone else has PhotoShop (I think) and time and Dave P can email the original files then we may be able to get somewehere. That or if someone wants to buy me photoshop we will also have a solution.
I was dead against the idea of using any proprietary tools because I knew this would happen but I was told I was being stupid.

I'd have no use for a blog section.

I really don't think it's that simple. IS there a format that doesn't loose the layers and filters and general power-user stuff that Dave has used to get this looking as good as it does that PS can export and that GIMP can read?
