Did you try William Optics direct? You can order direct from their Taiwan shop to avoid the US issue. This is what I did with the Megrez 90 & they had no issue with it.

are one of the German dealers. They don't have everything listed on their English language website but do have the William Optics products listed on their German pages. Since there isn't a dealership in Ireland and I do business with them regularly that's where I would try.
