Moon poster produced in Ireland was created by johnflannery
Hi all,
I stumbled across this link www.moonposter.ie/index.htm which details a poster of the Moon produced right here in Ireland. It's a beautiful looking work of art.
I was wondering though if the orientation of the Moon was the right choice as it shows the disk inverted. Most people (e.g. non-astronomers) purchasing the poster will probably get a bit confused if they just look up with the unaided eye or binoculars.
Congrats though to all involved in the production.
John

I see that
John Moore
has produced a new Moon Atlas.
It has an index of nearly 3000 features.
For those who don't know, John lives down in Coachford, Co Cork.
It's available in three format views -- natural, mirror, and inverted-mirror.
Just wondering if anyone else has ordered one - I just ordered the mirror version myself.
Regards,
Michael.
