Managed a few glimpses between 3 and 4 am... actually better then the last one. Very happy with that. Someday I'll see a lunar eclipse from beginning to end.

I gave up at 1oclock, there was some very small gaps here and there in the cloud, but none near the moon and it was still raining heavily.
The orientation of my house made it hard to watch from inside, the only way I was going to see this was sit outside on a deck chair in rain gear under an umbrella, I dont think so. :evil:
The guys in the white jackets would have been called by the neighbours to hall me away.

Can you imagine the call, the guy next door is sitting in a deck chair in the middle of the night with an umbrella looking up into the sky in the middle of a storm :lol: :lol: !!!
