That dont sound good Seanie. Mine one lasts way longer than that.my Canon batteries were dead within half an hour!

That's what known as an "Atmospheric Phenomena" Seanie.Still, a remarkable Lunar Halo could be seen around 23:00hrs.

They weren't Frank, hence the :oops:!!! I thought the second battery was charged, as it's not like me to leave a dead battery in the bag. :x

Hi Seanie... This is what it looked like from Waterford....
Halo around the Moon. 17 - 55mm lens, canon 350D (stock lens) This is at 17mm and I could not get it all in the FOV. The halo was very evident over my house from 11.00pm - 1.30am. Cherrrymount,Waterford. Temp = -3C
