Dave i think that qualifies as just POLLUTION. I doubt there is very much air involved.

I never much took an interest in Light pollution before a couple of months ago. I have to say that now when i see it upclose (street lights)or far off (hanging over a town/city) it makes me cringe.

Most notable last week driving back from Donegal. I could see the LP over Mullingar 10 miles before i drove by Mullingar (and other towns along the way).

I wonder just how much the new laws coming in regarding energy saving light bulbs will effect/help this.
