NASA "Ham" TV film on RTE Saturday - Name? was created by Seanie_Morris
I saw about a half hour of this movie (I think it was a movie) on yesterday (Saturday) evening. I think it was RTE. It was about Ham, the first animal (monkey) to be successfully launched into space and returned to Earth. Anyone know the name of the movie? I can't find it on the RTE website, and I don't have any paper publications that would have had it.
TIA,
Seanie.

Hi Seanie
The movie was called SpaceChimp, it was on BBC 2 Friday evening.
It was part of the BBC Natural World series and is available to download but only in the UK. Perhaps someone in NI or the UK would do that for you ? I really enjoyed it, lots of real footage mixed with drama.

Thanks Deirdre. Was it Friday? My, time flies! It was good (what I saw of it), and yes, some 'drama' with lots of archive footgae of the event. Some amazing footage, and facts, on the mission. I'll look for it to download now, as you're right about the location retsrictions.
