Fire Ball?? was created by Perseus
Did anybody notice what I think was a fireball yesterday morning (Mon 29 Nov) I saw it at 7am in the South West - just to the left of the moon. It started about 30 to 50 deg above the horison and came down at a slight angle left of vertical.
Two things made this more unusual than anything I have seen before:
1) It was clearly visable through thin cloud cover. It was possible to see a hazy moon, but too cloudy to see any stars if you know what I mean. It looked as bright as the moon.
2) It was realitively slow taking at least a full second to cross the sky.
Anybody else see anything?
Damon

Nope.
What part of the country did you see this from? Fireballs are quite localized events so only people in your area/on the flight path of the fireball will have seen it.
