Now thats what I call Service!!!!

This is kind of Astronomy related, so please have mercy Seanie

We always seem to hear stories of Bad Service and Rip Offs, however, this is a good news one!!!

Yesterday morning my system went haywire resulting in my Windows XP installation becoming so corrupt, that the only solution was to reformat and do a complete reinstall (after trying a few other tricks beforehand).

Anyway, thanks to using external hard drives, most of my important data wasnt affected, however, when re-installing various items of software, I noticed that I didnt have a backup copy of "Noel Carboni's Astronomy Tools" Plugins, that I have been using within Photoshop.

With this in mind, I sent an email to Noel regarding my situation yesterday evening, and upon opening my emails this morning, hey presto Noel had responded with the setup instructions.......

Now that is what I call Service!!
