Where to post ATM / DIY stuff? was created by jeyjey
I'm building a pier in my garden disguised as an antique column with an armilary sphere on top of it (when not in use as a pier). I've got a bunch of pictures, but where does one post this sort of thing?
Is there a particular forum I should use, or should I make an article out of it?
-- Jeff.

I think if you were to compile an article of your DIY adventure would be not the *best* option in terms of what should i do?, but in terms of providing an aide to others in the future who might undertake such a project. You can put it into the Observing Equipment forum and maintain a thread there if you wish. But to have a ready-to-download and read article available would also be good Jeff.
How has it been going for you? Any weird looks from the neighbours?
Seanie.

Yeah, I was kind of leaning in the same direction. Can we add an "ATM & DIY" section to the articles page?
As for the neighbors -- the great thing about keeping them at a distance is that you don't even know when they're giving you funny looks.
-- Jeff.
