I was waiting for this to be announced. I couldn't see Bush's plan (announced in 2007, was it?) become reality to be honest.

Constellation is going to be cancelled and private operators will be used for lanuch services which I think is a good thing because they are be innovate i.e. Burt Rutan and SpaceshipTwo while NASA is going back to the 60s with Ares.

Yes Dave, I've thought for quite a while now that Gene Cernan's record will be ended by a Chinaman.
