Replacement Knob was created by lunartic_old
Hey there

I recently bought an ETX 105 second hand, the lobe knob that tightens up the spreader at the tripod is missing, it was lost at a star party and I'm looking for a replacement. I've searched the web and I've found that Radionics sell them, but they come in packs of 10 for 32 or a single aluminium knob for €19. I don't want to spend that much.

Does anyone know anywhere else I might find one?

Thanks for any help.

Paul

Paul,
have you a photo of the type of knob you're looking for? I have spare parts here, and a friend of mine can get the ones I don't have, if you give me a photo and some measurements?

Hey Seanie

The knob looks like this:

radionics.rs-online.com/mobile/search/se...getProduct&R=2102962

It's the female knob, the one with the threaded hole running straight through, it's an M10, the thread is 10mm in diameter.

If you have one knocking about you no longer want I would be highly appreciative.

I shall check Paul. If I can't find an exact replica but find one that will 'fit', would that be ok?
