I was wondering if anybody has ever contacted their local council regarding light pollution and street lighting. What kind of responses did you get if you did.
I am thinking of doing so, while I don't live in a light polluted area (connemara ftw) I think its an issue that should be raised as many parts of the country are badly effected by it.
