yip, its goona be a good one, and now 1 MAC and 4 SAC members, and 1 SAC memebr in Sardinia on holidays, a better again location.!
I didnt think they'd be much interest in this, looks like there is some.
Anyway,
I'd better get my equipment packed, weighed and ready to go.

Bringing your Celestron 102 refractor?
I picked up a Skywatcher version recently.
Coronado SM90 screws directly on to it.
If memory serves me right, you made an "adjustment" to yours?
Do you recall by how much?
I may do the same to get the binoviewer to work.

Michael,
Im not bringing the refractor, Im bringing the MK67 instead.
As for the mod, I had to shorten the tube by a centimeter or so to get enough in focus, dont remember the exact distance, I had this professionally done at a metalworks to keep everything square. I never tried it with a binoviewer though as this was for imaging purposes.

I'll need to take at least one inch off it I reckon, and possibly more.
