Meade ETX 80 494 Controller

Hi All,

Maybe a longshot.. but here goes.

I picked up a Meade ETX 80 really cheaply recently. But now looks as if the controller is gone. (From what I can see it's a 494 controller) Before buying another controller which may or may not work, would anyone out there have one I could try? I think the same controller goes with the ETX 60/70/80.

I'm based in Beaumount Dublin, but could meet anywhere of a reasonable distance, and would literally only take 5 minutes. If you have would be great, would just like to try it, and if it works great, if not..... that's another story
