I gather it's €10 to see their projection of the Sun too. Maybe I should undercut them and only charge £5 for the show I'm putting on in Larne

The Sky at Night magazine included a pair of glasses with the magazine this month. A good magazine and a pair of solar glasses for under €10 . No additional €5 P&P charge either. Available in any Easons store and most good newsagents. No brainer
Can't beat the IFAS SAE deal though-well done Seanie.

I've just found out that a commercial flight from Reykjavik to London Heathrow has decided to intercept the eclipse. The flight is only €355 so it's a major bargain if people want a last-minute way to see the eclipse. FI450.
And to think it's cheaper than 36 eclipse glasses...

Here is a fraction of what I received on behalf of IFAS to claim a free solar viewer. Thanks to you all for taking part!
My one last request to those of you who got one (after you share and enjoy them) is to post a selfie with them and share or tag the Irish Federation of Astronomical Societies on Facebook - it encourages more people to take note of solar astronomy safety, and boosts the IFAS profile too.

Thanks a mil,
