Hi John - the TCD question mark was in case the observatory was at an off-campus site. I'd imagine it has limited use being in the City!
Daramona is edited. Blackrock is already in the list but I don't know who the Director is.
I guess at some point the entries could be expanded further and supplemented (in the case of the older facilities) with the excellent historical data written by others.
Note that I've purposely kept addresses out of the list - you never know who is watching
Thanks
Dave

Dave, there's a thread here from five years ago about Blackrock:
irishastronomy.org/index.php?option=com_...11&catid=11&id=86687
where Dr Niall Smyth appears to be the man in charge. Don't know if that's still the case though.

Cheers Dave and Finbarr.
My fault in not reading the list correctly
Niall is still in charge at Blackrock Castle. The people there often come up to Dunsink Observatory -- last time was for the night cycle where 50+ cyclists came out of town to visit the Observatory. I was standing at the gate as they arrived and it was an amazing sight as they swept past up the curved path to the main building. I just thought it was so wonderful and historic an occasion.
I wonder could we get an IAU observatory code at Newgrange? Now that would set heads scratching
Enjoy the weekend everyone!
John
