The meetup group have arranged a get together for 7.00 Sunday night at the Sugarloaf.

Programming today is a race between software engineers striving to build bigger and better programs, and the universe trying to produce bigger and better idiots. So far, the universe is winning.

Sorry I wasn't free, Paul.
(I was on piano duty at church)
What did you observe?

I have an extremely week coming up what with Valentine's Day and Pancake Tuesday and 3 other meetings.
But I will be keeping Friday night free to do more observing.
I've done 6 nights observing so far in 2018. Not bad -eh?

Aubrey.

Nothing, the wind was so ferocious up there that it was impossible, any equipment would have blown away, even the car was rocking. It was a pity, the skies were so clear that it was possible to see down to the southern horizon with ease.
It was also extremely cold, exposed skin quickly froze, it was unpleasant.
Oh well! There's always the next time.
Did some observing from the back garden, less wind.

That is a such a great pity, Paul.
It might be advisable to keep an eye on Accuweather and clear-skies-outside websites.
They give wind speeds as well as the weather.
Simply scroll down the webpage.
