Programming today is a race between software engineers striving to build bigger and better programs, and the universe trying to produce bigger and better idiots. So far, the universe is winning.

Hi all
Now from April 12 we will be able to travel within our county boundaries, or 20 kilometres from home, the call of the darker sky is calling. The Sugarloaf is 17 kilometres from my home, further from you Dundrum folks, but there is the option of Glencullen. The first clear night following the 12th we will have to make the trip, keeping two metres apart, of course.

Thanks Paul and Michael,
First thing I did when I heard about being able to cross the bountry line once you you stay inside 20km was check how far the Sugar Loaf was from the house.
Needless to say, I was delighted to see I can just about make it to the Sugar Loaf. Of course, I'd be equally happy to go to Glencullen as that's a great spot too.
Looking forward to those dark skies again.
I hope you all have a lovely Easter.
Darren.

Thank you, Paul, Michael and Darren, for this update.
If I am not permitted to travel to the Sugarloaf because of the 20 km limit, I would be very happy to travel to Glencullen and to see some great amateur astronomers.
Right now I have stopped driving my car.
That's because its diesel engine has started to run rough when idling in traffic.
By the way, I do have an observing report coming up for you all.
I shall post it tonight.
Clear skies from Aubrey.
