January/February 2004 Arcturus magazine now available was created by johnflannery
hi everyone,
just a quick note to say that I have uploaded the Jan/Feb 2004 edition of the IFAS magazine Arcturus to the site.
click on;
www.irishastronomy.org/user_resources/viewFiles.php?folder_id=3
the new issue contains articles by Givan McKay of TAS, Kevin Berwick on buying a telescope, accounts of the recent total solar eclipse over Antarctica, and a write-up on the recent aurora display.
the special 24-page edition also includes details of June's transit of Venus, a round-up of space missions in 2004, and all the celestial highlights of the year ahead.
happy reading ... and a Happy Christmas and New Year to all.
John Flannery,

Bart, do you have any download statistics for arcturus? It would be interesting to see how many readers there are.

Everyone in Ireland buys Meade, and they all buy them from Lidl.
