Folks,

RTE Radio 1 contacted me regarding an item they would like to do on Celbridge Observatory J65. The Quantum Leap folks will be coming over to Celbridge to do an interview next Wednesday evening. Hopefully, I can get the other two observatory folks over as well.

Obviously, these were important designations for Ireland and if we can use that fact to promote the hobby, then all the better. I'll also get the program to link to the IFAS website from their RTE website.

The interview will air next Thursday (5th October) at 20:30 on The Quantum Leap show, RTE Radio 1.

Dave is to give a talk to SDAS next week, Tursday at 8pm funnily enough, about the observatory. So about half way through he'll probably just sit down and turn the radio on ;-)
