To add to what Eugene said we've now got not one but two clubs here in Waterford. The Bausch and Lomb Astronomy Society is based in Dohooo Bausch and Lomb but membership is limited to employees.
But guests are welcome to attend meetings and events. I post details here and if you would like I'll pm you with contact details and we can have a chat.
