NEXT MEETING: Thursday, 7th October -- Leo Enright, broadcaster and BBC space correspondant
Our next meeting in Gonzaga College in Ranelagh is on Thursday, 7th October (at 8pm).
On the night, we welcome Leo Enright, broadcaster and BBC space correspondant who will speak on recent missions to Mars. It promises to be a fascinating talk about current results pouring back from the probes on, and orbiting, Mars at the moment. It is very fortuitous too in that Leo has just recently returned from a major conference in Italy where results from the Mars Express space craft were revealed that offer tantilising evidence that microbial life may exist on the planet. Don't miss it!
