New Cataclysmic Variable in Pisces
Confirmation images taken on Nov. 2.572 with a 0.50-m f/6 reflector show the variable's magnitude to be about 15.8, and the position is R.A. = 23h11m10s.90, Decl.= +1d30'03".1 (equinox 2000.0).

Characteristics suggest that it is a dwarf nova in outburst.

For myself, at a magnitude of about 16, it's way beyond my capabilities with my 8"

Keith - that surprises me. I managed mag 17.9 with an 8" SCT and a Meade DSI... Sky conditions were pretty good admittedly...
