PM sent John. Pity you couldn't come, as the only time I got to meet you before was at Whirlpool. I am curious about those lenses alright.

John,
I got your lens yesterday afternoon (kudos to An Post for getting it delievered within a 24 hour period this time). It's a beauty of a lens, but I can't get the mounting cap off!

Seanie,
I had the same problem the first time I held this lens. It seems to be just a knack with the older type of lens. Fiddle with it and the ring holding the cap (I seem to remember twisting it) and you'll get it. The first time you manage it you'll wonder what the fuss was about.
