The first meeting of the South Dublin Astronomical Society after the Summer break is on Thursday, September 11th at 8pm in Gonzaga College, Ranelagh, Dublin 6. All are welcome on the night and admission is free.
This month's talk is on the total solar eclipse of 2008 August 1st that some members travelled to see in China and Siberia. It's sure to a fascinating evening hearing about the eclipse chasers adventures. We'll also briefly look at the details of some future total eclipses and where you can see them.
