firstly let me wish everyone a Happy New Year!
Out next meeting is on Monday night (Jan 3) when our speaker is EAAS
member Mr Paul Evans. His lecture is entitled "Eclipses" and starts at 8pm in the Thompson School, Ballyrobert. This should be an interesting talk as Paul has veiwed a number of eclipses including Australia in 2002.
As we collect a monthly subscription it has been suggested and agreed that the takings from Monday night's meeting will be donated to the Asian Disaster Releif Fund. Those who have seen the devastation on TV will realise that every penny counts, so please support generously!
