Midlands AC: Next Meeting - Tues Feb 3rd - Meteor(ite)s

The next Midlands Astronomy Club (MAC) public lecture takes place in the Presbyterian Hall, High Street, Tullamore, as follows:

Date & Time: Tuesday February 3rd @ 8pm
Speaker/Topic: Michael O'Connell, MAC Chairperson
Title: "Meteors & Meteorites"
Admission: €2.00 per person, all welcome to attend.

Michael will bring samples of meteorites with him. MAC will also look at what is ahead for the season such as observing targets and plans for its Cosmos Star Party in March.

Memberships for 2009 are now due, and they are as follows: €35 Single/€50 Family. Please pay Martin Minnock, MAC Treasurer, when you can.
