IAS September Meeting Monday 7th September 2009

The September meeting of the IAS will be held on the 7th September in Dunsink Observatory.

The talk will be given by IAS member John O'Neill and will be about the recent Total Eclipse in China.

The talk starts at 8PM.

Admission is free and all are welcome.

Just to let everyone know that the title of my IAS talk next Monday
7th Sep (8pm) 2009 at Dunsink Obs is:
'Darkness over China: The Eclipse of 2009'

It recounts the longest total solar eclipse of the 21st century
and using this as an example deals with eclipse chasing in general.

No charge and all welcome (Observatory policy no under 12s),
