IFAS Insurance Renewal (Sept 09) - Notice for IFAS Club Reps

Hi all,

For any Club Reps and/or Secretaries that may not have seen the notice in the (hidden unless authorized to see it) IFAS Council section, the IFAS insurance policy is up for renewal. Bernie Foley (IFAS Treasurer, nectarine) would appreciate you getting in touch to confirm if you your club is willing to take part in this years premium. The cost is €108.50 per club, split between the 8 current clubs.

This notice is aimed primarily at those who have not noticed the thread in the council section OR that you are your club's new IFAS Representative and do not have access to that particular forum.

I will be at the star party in Ballyvaughan so if IFAS reps are attending, by all means pay me then.

membership fees are also due now (€20 per club) so by all means pay the two together.
Good news for Kerry Astronomy Club is that due to 'over diligence' on my part, you ended up paying your membership fees twice last year :blush: So you are fully paid up membership wise for 2010! Sorry bout that.....
