10 years of IFAS

ladies and gents,
i was just thinking that it is 10 years since the first IFAS meeting, or at least the meeting which kicked it off just after WSP that year. it has come a long way since then.

The yahoo group and getting banned repeatedly banned from the boards.ie 'Astronomy & Space' forum :laugh:

We've had the forum for over 6 years now I think.

I remember coming across it in 2004
thinking WOW!.... What a bunch of NERDS!
and then someone posted that I was wrong
and that in fact the correct term was Dorks. .
I shouldn't have been so surprised to have got this
kind of reaction from a Geek
