Hello again everyone

Its that time of the year again,and this week the crew arrive at KSC in Florida for launch on Monday,at 6-28 pm our time.A third opportunity to see the Shuttle and external Tank !!! we will see by Monday .The last mission and last crew has been chosen,with the Chief of the Astronaut Office getting the last Command Steve lindsey.The pilot for the second last mission was in Tralee,Carlow,limerick and Dublin a few years back giving lectures on a FAS backed Science week.

The crew for sts 129.A interesting story from one of the crew..Astronaut Randy Bresniks Grandfather was the photographer for Amelia earhart,and he is carring a scarf belonging to the famous Aviator with him on his mission.
