Nope, not the Hollywood variety or no juicy gossip, but a talk on how objects in the sky get named.
The next SDAS meeting, jointly hosted with the IAS, is on Thursday, 19th November at 8pm in Gonzaga College, Ranelagh, Dublin. Admission is FREE and all are welcome.
The talk is titled "What's in a name" and will discuss the naming of celestial objects in the solar system and beyond. Speaker is John Flannery.
