Sounds good, something nice and easy for clubs around the country to use as a PR tool for their local schools. The prize actually sounds awesome!

Results of the 2nd International Cassini Scientist for a Day Essay Contest 2010

In the 11-14 age category the winner is Finn Bradley of Limerick Educate Together National School. Finn's well researched and well written essay was on Rhea.

Next, in the 14-16 age category, the winner is James Palmer of Ardingly College. James also chose Rhea and made a very good case to back it up.

Finally, the winner of the 16-18 age category, who will have the chance to work with Professor Carl Murray on a short project, is Wong Ting Fung also of Ardingly College.

Congratulations to all entrants, our judge - Professor Carl Murray - commented that the standard was excellent this year.

Many congratulations to Finn Bradley from Limerick , this is Finn's second year to win his age group.
His prize is an iPod Shuffle and a Book by Lucy Hawking's .

I was delighted to have essay's from schools in Limerick , Wicklow and Dublin.
However the BIG prize group the 16 - 18 yr olds from Ireland, did not enter one essay, which was a shame as the top prize was so good and so useful.
